Your new team

This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business. At Chivas Brothers our 1600-strong team across 27 sites is committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future as well as opening it up to new audiences across the globe.

Royal Salute is not simply a Scotch whisky it is a world of nobility craftsmanship and modern cultural relevance. As the brand continues to elevate Prestige Scotch through exceptional liquids extraordinary experiences and deep relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) across the globe we are seeking an Education & Advocacy Manager to help shape its next chapter.

Your unique contribution

The Education & Advocacy Manager plays a critical role in protecting and elevating Royal Salutes prestige equity worldwide.

This role ensures:

  • Flawless delivery of high-value advocacy experiences notably the Tower of London HNWI programme.
  • Global consistency in brand storytelling and education through clear advocacy frameworks and tools.
  • Incremental net sales growth via education-led engagement within the Private Casks Programme.

You will have three main areas of responsibility:

1. Lead Prestige Advocacy Programme

Tower of London Experience (HNWI & VIP Programme)

  • Own end-to-end execution of the Royal Salute Tower of London experience.

  • Ensure flawless operational delivery aligned with luxury standards.

  • Maintain strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Safeguard brand credibility at one of Royal Salutes most prestigious consumer touchpoints. Continuously elevate the experience to reflect evolving HNWI expectations.

2. Build Global Brand Education & Advocacy Framework

  • Architect and own the global Royal Salute Brand Education & Advocacy strategy establishing a vision that elevates brand authority across markets and luxury tiers.

  • Develop and institutionalise the Royal Salute Brand Bible (history craft codes of luxury portfolio narratives) as the definitive global source of truth ensuring consistency.

  • Design and implement the Prestige Mentoring & Advocacy Playbook building world-class ambassador capability and embedding structured excellence across markets. Build scalable education tools adaptable across regions and luxury tiers.

3. Drive Private Casks Programme

  • Enable education-led selling and client hosting partnering with the events team to elevate HNWI engagement and conversion.

  • Support coordination with PCMs on packaging personalisation bespoke development timelines and international shipping.

  • Support 2026/27 private casks program definition.

Who youll be working with

Internally youll work with global brand teams local Private Client Managers (PCMs) Communication PR & Event teams.

Externally your contacts will include programme partners hospitality and experiential agencies luxury retail partners & Prestige on-trade accounts.

Your blend of talent

This position could be right for you if you have:

  • Proven experience in advocacy ambassadorial and/or education leadership roles.
  • Strong background within Whiskey; luxury good or high-net-worth (HNWI) client environments are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement global advocacy frameworks and scalable toolkits.
  • Solid experience in leading event strategy and delivering premium experiential programmes.
  • Commercial skills with experience supporting high-value sales programmes and revenue growth initiatives.
