The Office of Risk Management (O.R.M) supports the implementation of programs policies and practices to manage RSM US (or Firm) risk. Individuals in the Independence Senior Associate 2 role willassistwith managing risk by supporting multiple teams within RSMs Office of Risk Managementworking in the Firms independence systems (entity management system(EMS) personal independence tool and services assessment tool). The Independence Senior Associate 2 will support these various functions as seasonal volumes fluctuate and will gain visibility into the key operational activities of the Risk Management function. Responsibilities will include processing updates to the entity management system researching internal databases summarizing research findings delivering summary reports to engagement teams and leadership supporting independence search procedures and other responsibilities as. The Independence Senior Associate 2 will also provide procedural support to engagement teams navigating the Firms independence and conflict check requirements.
