Job Title:

Location: Ban/Hyd/Pune (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end technical ownership and service accountability for business-critical Lotus Domino applications ensuring production stability timely resolution of complex incidents controlled enhancements and low-risk incremental modernisation.

Primary Ticket Types Covered:

P1/P2 production incidents
Workflow and agent failures
Replication conflicts and data corruption
Performance degradation (views indexing agents)
Security and access issues (ACLs roles IDs)
Complex L3/L4 enhancements

Root cause analysis for recurring issues

Key Responsibilities:

Act as L3/L4 support owner for all Domino applications

Own incident problem and root cause management

Diagnose and resolve complex application data and replication issues

Administer and maintain Domino application environments

Assess and mitigate application impact of Domino upgrades and patching

Govern and approve all high-risk changes

Prioritise work across:

Production incidents
Support-driven enhancements
Time-boxed modernisation ( 50 hrs/month best effort)

Ensure safe operation of Domino integrations with SQL and external systems

Maintain technical documentation architecture notes and known-issue records

Mentor Junior Domino Engineer and Application Engineer

Act as technical escalation point for business and IT stakeholders

Mandatory Skills:

Lotus Domino application administration

Advanced LotusScript and Formula language

Forms Views Agents Subforms

Domino ACLs roles ID and certificate handling

Replication concepts and conflict resolution

Performance tuning (views indexing agent execution)

Production incident handling and RCA

Data correction and recovery techniques

Desirable / Value-Add Skills:

Domino SQL integration (ODBC/JDBC exports)

Domino HTTP task and web-enabled components

Operational awareness of Domino on Windows and Linux

Experience supporting applications in compliance-driven environments

Ability to decompose legacy applications into low-risk improvement items
