Job Summary

Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: Pune

Exp: 4Yrs

Full Stack Developer (API Spring Boot Java/Python Microservices Identity & SSO)- (Backend-focused role - no frontend)

Build and maintain the middleware / integration layer connecting enterprise systems through secure REST APIs and identity driven services.
Develop backend services using Spring Boot (Java) and Python focusing on API driven integration and orchestration.
Design and implement microservices adapters data transformation logic and event driven workflows.
Lead and support SSO implementations including OAuth2 OIDC and SAML integrations with enterprise identity platforms.
Implement and support Identity Management and SCIM including:
- SCIM based provisioning (create/update/deactivate identities)
- Identity synchronisation across systems
- Unique identifier handling and lifecycle management
Build integrations that support learner journey management workflows ensuring accurate identity flow and user lifecycle updates across systems.
Design middleware to be future proof supporting transition from current identity platforms to the upcoming enterprise IGA tool.
Deploy containerised services (Docker) to cloud environments (preferably GCP) using GitLab CI/CD.
Ensure high performance secure APIs with strong observability error-handling and monitoring.
Produce clear API specifications SCIM schemas and sequence/integration diagrams.

Strong backend engineering experience with Java and Spring Boot plus working knowledge of Python.
Hands on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and developing microservices.
Proven experience with SSO integrations: OAuth2 OIDC SAML and token based security.
Solid understanding of Identity Management including SCIM 2.0 provisioning workflows and user lifecycle management.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL caching queueing and distributed integration patterns.
Familiarity with API security mTLS authentication/authorisation patterns and secure coding practices.
Experience with containerisation (Docker) Git/GitLab CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (GCP preferred).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across complex distributed systems.
Comfortable working in Agile environments and producing high quality technical documentation
