Job Summary
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure team is connecting with prospective architects & Interior designers on behalf of clients from the building material industry.
- Ensure the team is scheduling appointments for clients with designers regularly.
- Ensure team is following set processess of fetching meetings maintaining client worksheets etc
- Participating in onboarding sessions review meets.
- Ensure team follows-ups with architects and designers to handle inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure the team is directly interacting with Clients from different building material industries like Marble stones furniture lights home automation etc.
- Ensure the team maintains accurate records of operational activities.
- Ensure the team is coordinated with internal team members to ensure operational alignment.
- Ensure the team is collaboratively working with team members.
- Ensure teams daily and monthly reports are accurately maintained and submitted on time.
