Job Summary
- Based on sample orders from project engineers check the SAP material status and filter different material category.
- Request for quotation via purchasing and release PR ensure the delivery time meet the request date.
- Summarize and report for platform samples material ordering and tracking status.
- Work with logistic department for custom clearance ensure goods receipt and invoice complete in time.
- Find solutions for shortage material search in other BOSCH locations escalate to customer BU for priority
- Prepare EWAK material list for next weeks sample production preparation in weekly base.
- Sample shop KPI report and cost controlling BP/ CF MAE/EWAK controllable budget planning.
Qualifications :
- College above
- 2 years electronics manufacturing background.
- Basic knowledge of electronics
