Material Controller

The Material Controller is for the material activities for site construction and installation related on-time controlling / reporting efficiency improvement and inventory management-oriented material planning to fulfill the task and target set by the project implement material planning methods/process to improve data quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform site material receiving including organizing material unloading open box checking warehousing recording material receiving status issuing material receiving certificate and discrepancy report (if any).
• Perform site material issuing and maintain record document in accordance with construction requirement.
• Perform regular material status checking weekly and monthly.
• Disposal surplus construction material and make material handover at the time of mechanical completion.
• Make site material control status report in accordance with project requirement.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor or technical diploma degree in relevant disciplines.
• 5 years experience in site material control for oil & gas energy and infrastructure projects be able to work under pressure to meet challenging objectives. Experience in international engineering company is preferred.
• Technical background is preferred.
• EHS knowhow quality Sense. Good communication and computer skills.
• Fluent speaking and writing in English.
