二岗位职责Job Responsibilities

• 负责接收客户订单准确录入ERP系统按客户要求确认交期

• 根据客户订单出货时间要求核对原材料库存状态及时发放生产工单保障生产环节有序衔接

• 与生产部门保持密切沟通跟进生产进度确认生产计划能否按期完成协调解决生产过程中影响交期的物料相关问题

• 负责原材料库存控制合理规划库存水平避免库存积压或短缺优化库存结构降低库存成本确保生产所需原材料及时供应

• 配合各部门完成物料相关的协调工作反馈库存异常物料短缺等问题保证客户订单按时交付

• Responsible for receiving customer orders key into the ERP system confirm order delivery dates according to customers request.

• According to the customers order delivery time check the raw material inventory status issue production work orders and ensure the smooth connection of the production process.

• Communication with the production department follow up on production progress confirm whether the production plan can be completed according to schedule and coordinate to solve material-related problems affecting delivery dates during the production process.

• Be responsible for inventory control reasonably plan stock levels avoid inventory overstock or shortage optimize inventory structure reduce inventory costs and ensure timely supply of raw materials required for production.

• Cooperate with production purchasing warehousing and other departments to complete material-related coordination work feedback inventory abnormalities material shortages and other issues make sure order delivery on time.

三任职要求Job Requirements

• 学历要求大专及以上学历物流管理供应链管理等相关专业优先

• 经验要求3-5年物料计划生产计划相关工作经验熟悉制造业物料管理流程者优先有ERP系统操作经验

• 能力要求具备良好的数据分析能力沟通协调能力和问题解决能力能快速响应客户及生产需求工作认真细致责任心强具备较强的执行力和抗压能力

• 其他要求能熟练使用Office办公软件ExcelWordPPT等具备良好的英文读写能力

• Education: College degree or above major in Logistics Management Supply Chain Management or related fields is preferred.

• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in material planning or production planning familiar with material management processes in manufacturing industry; experience in ERP system operation.

• Abilities: with good data analysis ability communication and coordination ability and problem-solving ability able to quickly respond to customer and production needs; work carefully with strong sense of responsibility and have strong execution and pressure resistance.

Other Requirements: Proficiency in Office software (Excel Word PPT etc.) good English reading and writing ability is preferred.
