Job Description

Position Summary:

岗位概要

• Materials receiving stock in picking and send to assembly line in time.

及时完成物料收货入库拣货并发料上线

• Finished Goods receiving from assembly line.

从产线接收成品

• Relevant operation for Finished Goods packing marking and shipping.

完成成品打托贴标签和发运的相关工作

• Materials and Finished Goods cycle counting

成品和物料的循环盘点

• 5S execute

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities基本工作职能及责任:

Receive and issue materials according to invoice/PO or delivery note.

根据发票订单或送货清单完成物料收货

Put away the goods to related locations according to Goods Receipt Slip.

根据SAP打印的收货清单将物料存放到指定库位

Pick and transfer the materials to assembly line according to picking list

按照拣货单到指定库位完成拣货并发料上线

Perform annual monthly or daily cycle counting for materials and FGs to ensure stock accuracy.

执行物料和成品年度月度盘点和循环盘点确保库存准确率指标

Work according to ISO13485 SOP or corporate internal controlling standard and make sure all the transactions are meet the requirements of procedure.

根据ISO13485标准SOP和公司内部控制标准进行相关作业确保所有操作符合流程要求

Execute 5S in warehouse and make sure all goods are in order and match with label description. Clean the warehouse according to weekly or daily schedule.

仓库5S执行确保所有成品及物料按照表签规定有序存放根据周或日计划进行清理清扫整理整顿

Educational Qualifications学历要求:

• High School diploma or equivalent

高中或技校以上学历

Experience Qualifications经验资历:

At 1 year of warehouse work experience in manufacturing company.

1年以上生产企业仓库工作经验

Be good at communication skills.

擅于沟通交流

Could read write and follow written instructions.

能够看懂标注并执行书面的操作指令

Be honest and tolerant.

诚实守信吃苦耐劳

Certificate for Forklift driving or Certificate of chemical material management or SAP skilled operating

有叉车证能熟练驾驶叉车或者有化学品管理证书或者能熟练操作SAP

• 95% stock accuracy for materials and 100% Stock accuracy for Finished Goods

• Cycle counting according to procedure
