Business Development Internship Outbound
You will play a key role in supporting Manatals outbound sales operations. The main objective of this role is to ensure that the leads generated by the Sales Operations team are fully qualified enriched and ready to be contacted by the outbound team.
You will analyze validate and enrich leads based on our qualification framework ensuring the outbound team works only with high-quality prospects. Over time you will also contribute to outreach activities by engaging directly with potential clients through calls and emails to book qualified meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Review and qualify leads generated by the Sales Operations team to ensure they match Manatals ideal customer profile.
- Enrich lead information using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo Clay and HubSpot.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and enrichment activities in HubSpot.
- Identify and flag low-quality or irrelevant leads based on predefined qualification criteria.
- Collaborate closely with the outbound sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and feedback loops.
- Support outbound outreach initiatives by contacting qualified leads via email and phone to generate meetings for the sales team.
- Continuously learn and contribute ideas to improve lead qualification and enrichment processes.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly outreach and lead generation targets.
- Other tasks as directed by the CEO or Management.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 0-1 year of experience in outbound sales business development or lead generation (internship experience counts).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Comfortable using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Motivated to learn outbound sales processes and grow into a Business Development Consultant role.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.

This role is based at our Bangkok office located in the heart of the city center. As a team of diverse cultures and nationalities English proficiency is required. We enjoy collaborating in person and the team works on-site.
