Role Overview
To support the Commercial Development of T&Gs business in the Thailand market with a focus on traditional channels and key products (Apples and Kiwi) from the T&G Global portfolio. Focus on growing our overall sales and profit through control of our own products execution of the strategic sales plan and sound financial decisions. Grow through existing channels and customers as well as recruiting new partners/seeking new opportunities.
Job Description
- Support Commercial Projects Development - develop new business opportunities through building strategic Business Plan: New Channels New Customers New Programs for wholesale - Projects Building Planification Budget & execution
- Work closely with Marketing & Channel Development Executive (Trade Marketing)
- Manage a team of contractor sales reps covering Greater BKK Tier 2 TT clusters
- Research plan budget and execute the overall Sales plan for Thailand Wholesale & Traditional Trade
- Develop relationships with Wholesalers (Tier 2) and Tier 3 Resellers at an operational level confirming sell in promotion & new programs/opportunities.
- Manage relationships with Distribution Partners (Tier 1) at an operational level to keep them high performing aligned and adherent to T&G objectives.
