Responsibilities:

Analyzing current user operations and collecting necessary data or reports from both users and management.
Conducting cost assessments for various job functions and recommending cost-saving solutions.
Suggesting new or enhanced testing procedures operational processes data support methods reports or system functionalities.
Investigating system-related issues or concerns then providing solutions and preventive measures.
Gathering and fully comprehending project requirements from users and management.
Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to discuss conditions key concerns and development approaches.
Preparing data reports and presentations to support management decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any field.
2-3 years of experience in strategic planning corporate planning or related roles within banking financial institutions leasing companies or similar industries.
Background or involvement in system development system testing or business analysis.
Proactive energetic and results-driven mindset.
Strong English communication skills.
