Job Summary
To support ongoing growth across Europe IQVIA is hiring a Recruiter in Poland to support recruitment for Medical Sales and Medical Affairs roles within the life sciences sector.
This role is suited to a recruiter who enjoys sourcing candidate engagement and operational recruitment work in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver endtoend recruitment support for medical sales and medical affairs roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and timelines.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn and other tools.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data within the ATS.
- Build and manage talent pipelines.
- Support recruitment reporting and activity tracking.
- Ensure compliance with Polish labour legislation and internal processes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 35 years recruitment experience (agency inhouse or RPO).
- Experience recruiting within healthcare or life sciences preferred.
- Exposure to medical sales or medical affairs roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Fluent English is required.
- Fluency in Polish and other European languages is desired.

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is zł74600.00 - zł184500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
