About the Role:

We are looking to add a Recruiter on a 12-month FTC to our growing Poland team! In this role youll get the opportunity to directly impact our growth through targeting recruiting and closing top talent. Reporting to the local Talent Acquisition Manager you will partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand business goals and the people needed to achieve them while keeping focus on candidate experience efficient processes and building Remitlys brand as an employer of choice.

You Will:

Oversee full-cycle recruiting focusing mainly on software engineering and early in careers roles
Partner with your team and hiring teams to build sourcing strategies and workforce plan execution
Develop a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
Ensure a seamless experience for candidates from initial contact through onboarding
Use your knowledge of the competitive landscape to execute recruiting strategies
Manage to hiring goals measure output and iterate to ensure continuous improvement

You Have:

3 years of end-to-end recruiting experience
Strong sourcing skills
Knowledge of the tech recruiting space in Poland
Successful multi-year tech full-cycle recruiting results
Experience building relationships and working with executive leaders employing consultative skills
Experience closing roles on different levels
Experience leading and facilitating meetings to promote positive business outcomes
C1 English and Polish language skills

This is a fix term contract role for 12 months.
The base pay (gross per month) for this position is typically circa PLN 14000.
