Be a part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality affordable healthcare worldwide.This role supports Medtronics clinical operations by developing testing and validating clinical data reports and systems used in clinical studies. The Associate Clinical Data Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection reporting and analysis helping improve clinical efficiency and support product development decisions. This position will be a remote position in Bogotá.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Collaborate with internal teams to design document test and implement clinical data collection systems and report
- Develop and maintain systems to organize analyze and report clinical data and trends
- Support the design and implementation of clinical protocols and data management processes
- Review and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and consistency across clinical projects
- Prepare and validate reports for clinical trial studies and internal analysis
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Knowledge of or exposure to clinical data management clinical trials or healthcare analytic
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work with data tools reporting systems and databases.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English
