About the role
Were looking for a motivated and detailoriented Practice Assistant to join our Energy Resources and Infrastructure (ERI) team providing dedicated support to the ERI Partners and their respective teams.
Youll play a key part in ensuring the smooth daytoday running of the practice working in a supportive environment that values initiative teamwork and proactive thinking. This role is available on a full-time permanent basis.
Key responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include but wont be limited to:
- Managing diaries and coordinating internal and external meetings
- Organising domestic and international travel arrangements
- Overseeing billing processes expenses and related reporting
- Coordinating and assisting with the setup of various events
- File opening/closing archiving and maintaining electronic and physical records
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the practice
About You
- Minimum of 2 years in a legal support role (such as Legal Assistant Practice Assistant Legal Executive or Legal Secretary)
- Sound knowledge of the monthly billing process in a legal environment - experience with Elite highly regarded
- Advanced knowledge of Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyse problem solve and apply appropriate use of judgement
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely choosing an appropriate style for their audience
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
