Job Summary
担当業務
* 医療機関への調査メール配信とそのトラッキング/フォローアップメール電話
* 医療機関や一般人から問い合わせに対し適切な回答を行う
* メール電話による有害情報の聞き取り収集
* 収集整理した有害事象のクライアントへの報告システム経由
ご経験に応じ上記業務における品質改善進捗管理問題可決メンバーサポートなどのスーパバイザー業務もお任せします

原則として在宅ベース
必要によりオフィス品川/新大阪に出勤

候補者の要件
必須
* 医薬品業界におけるコンタクトセンター/コールセンターお薬相談室などでの医療機関対応経験年数不問
* 医療関係者医師薬剤師などとの対応力スムーズさマナーなど
* ビジネスレベルの日本語能力
尚可
* 薬剤師看護師など医療関係の資格あるいはMR職歴ライフサイエンス関連の学歴職歴
* 英語の文書に抵抗感がないこと
* 添付文書やインタビューフォームの改訂作業をしたこと
