One Seven Financial is looking for an enthusiastic Live Chat Support representative to join our team in Beachwood. This full-time on-site position offers a unique opportunity to engage with clients in the Investment Management Hedge Fund and Private Equity sectors providing exceptional customer service through live chat support.
As a Live Chat Support representative you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their inquiries ensuring a seamless experience while they navigate our services. Your contributions will be key in enhancing client satisfaction and retention as well as supporting our companys commitment to excellence in client engagement.
We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $20 - $32 along with a supportive work environment that fosters professional development and growth in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via live chat
- Provide accurate information about our financial services and products
- Assist clients in troubleshooting issues and resolving queries
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with clients
