Key Objectives

Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers vendors and internal stakeholders.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and products to meet organizational goals.
Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and forecast demand accurately.

Responsibilities

Manage daily supply chain operations including procurement inventory management logistics and distribution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Operations Finance and Sales to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery conditions.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality delivery or compliance.
Lead initiatives to optimize inventory levels reduce waste and improve order fulfillment rates.
Develop and maintain supply chain policies procedures and documentation.
Utilize supply chain management software and tools to track performance metrics and generate reports.
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the supply chain.
Manage and mentor supply chain team members to foster professional growth and high performance.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management preferably within the logistics or education sector.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes procurement inventory control and logistics.
Proficiency with supply chain management software and ERP systems.
Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
