Job Summary
KITE Search are representing a leading international consultancy with a prestigious global brand and heritage. Hong Kong is their APAC HQ and they are actively expanding their Architecture practice and looking for experienced Associate level talent and leaders. Responsibilities:
- Lead an Architectural team effectively and proactively under the guidance of the Director
- Responsible for the production drawings and specifications. Coordination of concept design schematic design detail design tender and construction documents.
- Discharge Authorized Person (AP) duties on selected projects
- Report to the Director on a regular basis regarding drawing design development issues design queries and design coordination issues.
- Collaborate for excellence in design quality and documentation and match or better Atkins QA standards.
- Be responsible for contract documentation statutory submission document production and submission and Government discussions leading to approval.
Job Requirements:
- in Architecture with more than 8 years post graduate experience.
- HKIA member & Authorised Person
- Working knowledge of codes and regulations
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Photoshop Revit (adventitious) as well as MS Word Excel MS Project
