Job Summary
Senior HVAC Preconstruction/Design Engineer P.E. position at large mechanical and plumbing construction company in San Francisco Bay Area
We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits retirement package and plenty of room for career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with Owners and GCs to build value engineering strategies on upcoming design build projects.
- Train and mentor HVAC Design Engineers.
- Work hands-on Revit and AutoCAD daily.
- Follow Title 24 and OSHPD requirements on projects.
Requirements:
- 10 years of HVAC design engineer/commercial design-build project experience.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. PE license required.
- Knowledge in: State Building Codes Title 24 and OSHPD.
- Advanced CAD and Revit knowledge.
- Stable work history.
