This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAAs family of companies and will be employed by TIAAs preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW perform a variety of moderately complex business planning support and project-related an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.
This role will sit onsite likely in a hybrid capacity at the location(s) listed in this posting.
The anticipated term of this engagement will be 8 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.CW-Marketing ManagementESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following duties are generally representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
Assist in the creation and implementation of automatable marketing materials and manage the process of updating existing materials (on a monthly quarterly annually and/or as needed basis) for mutual fund closed end fund ETFs CITs UCITS retail SMAs and institutional SMAs as needed. Key responsibilities include:
- Ability to liaise with Product Marketing team to obtain any product positioning or other necessary content elements
- Proofing of templated materials after data is in place
- Obtain Compliance and other internal approvals
- Work with Product Strategy Team on product changes and launches
- Work internally with Workflow Production Manager to produce materials
- Communicate with Marketing Sales and Compliance as needed on the status of marketing materials and other related topics
- Work with Compliance to address FINRA comment letters
