Specialty Marketing Coordinator Mesa AZ FullTime $22 Commission

Now hiring a Specialty Marketing Coordinator to join our fastpaced onsite call center in Mesa AZ. In this role youll handle outbound owner engagement book inbound vacation package reservations and coordinate transportation for guests traveling to our Mexico properties. What Youll Do

• Call owners to schedule owner update and education appointments at designated sales centers.
• Handle highvolume inbound and outbound calls to book vacation packages for five participating resort locations.
• Confirm travel dates eligibility pricing and presentation requirements with clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain exceptional speed and accuracy in all reservation and owner data entry.
• Provide professional friendly service with excellent verbal phone communication and clear written followup.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to maintain an efficient workflow and consistent guest experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What Were Looking For

• 12 years of call center hospitality customer service or reservations experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work days evenings weekends and a flexible schedule
• Experience with FIVE9.
• Experience with travel coordination transportation scheduling or resort operations is a plus.
