The Role:

As Business Unit Director youll provide strategic leadership for our business unit overseeing a number of critical areas:

Advanced processing facilities including autoclave and robotics systems

Transport and logistics operations

Customer service excellence

Engage team of managers operational staff & key stakeholders

Accountable for the overall profitability of the business unit

What you will bring:

Bachelors degree in Business Management Operations or Engineering or equivalent experience

10 years of operational management experience

Strong track record in regulated industries

Demonstarted excellence in team leadership engagement and development

Proven success in initiating and driving operational efficiencies

Superior budgeting and P/L management
