F&A Part-time Intern Hong Kong

As a Finance & Administration intern you will have the opportunity to work with our regional and international F&A teams to support finance operations data management process automation and customer service in our Hong Kong hub.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to acquire valuable practical experience in the finance department of a multi-national company modern know-how for data analysis interesting insights in business operations along with on-hand skills in automation and customer service organisation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine financial transactions and documentation

• Perform data entry and verification tasks

• Support month-end closing and reconciliation processes

• Maintain and organize financial and business data in internal systems

• Assist in automating financial reports using spreadsheets scripting or BI tools

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports

• Learn and work on basic programming tasks to optimize data workflows

Candidate Profile

• Study major or experience in Data Management Information Systems Accounting Finance or a related field

• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables Formulas etc.)

• Basic knowledge of programming (e.g. Google Apps Script Python SQL) is a plus

• Strong analytical skills with a desire to develop these skills

• Responsible and able to handle confidential financial data

• Proficiency in using MS Office experience in BI tools is a plus

• You are analytical and enjoy solving problems especially related to process improvement and automation

• You are proactive eager to learn and take initiative in supporting the teams objectives
