Job Summary
We are looking to add an Executive Sous Chef to our team. Responsibilities:
- Developing menu offerings
- Managing kitchen staff
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Overseeing food preparation and presentation
- Collaborating with management to plan special events
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping a positive kitchen morale.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
$70000 per year
