We offer a competitive salary range of $65000 - $75000 annually along with a supportive work environment that encourages creativity and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of seasonal menus
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high culinary standards
• Manage food inventory ordering and cost control
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee food preparation and presentation
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
• Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers
• Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a similar setting
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for food and creativity
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the kitchen
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
