German-Speaking E-Commerce Content Moderator Lisbon (On-Site)
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Languages: German C2 English B2
Training Start Date: 9 April 2026
Contract: 6-month contract (extension possible)
About the Role
Join a global e-commerce leader and help ensure a safe and high-quality online environment for millions of users. As a Content Moderator you will review and evaluate user-generated content ensuring it complies with platform policies and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies.
Identify policy or legal issues and escalate cases when necessary.
Maintain high quality standards across the platform.
Stay updated on e-commerce products services and moderation guidelines.
Manage high volumes of content during campaigns and seasonal peaks.
Adapt to evolving policies guidelines and schedules.
Requirements
German: Native / C2 level (Austrian German accepted)
English: B2 level
Previous experience in content moderation customer support or online platforms is a plus
Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
Ability to handle sensitive content professionally
Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational schedule
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: 1100 gross/month (14 months)
Complexity Bonus: 100/month (11 months)
Meal Allowance: 7.63/day net
Health Insurance: From Day 1 (free after 6 months)
Fully Paid Training
Work Schedule
24/7 rotational shifts
8 hours per day 5 days per week
2 consecutive days off (rotational)
Monthly schedule provided at least 1 month in advance
Night shifts paid according to Portuguese labor law (25% minimum)
