Sappuyant sur plus de 40 années de savoir-faire et les compétences de 5 000 collaborateurs à travers le monde la Business Unit (BU) Fuel développe conçoit fabrique et commercialise des assemblages de combustible ainsi que des services associés au combustible pour les centrales de production délectricité de type réacteur à eau légère (REP pour les réacteurs à eau sous pression et REB pour les réacteurs à eau bouillante) et les réacteurs de recherche.
La BU Fuel est également en charge de lélaboration du zirconium et de ses alliages et commercialise aussi des services dingénierie et des services sur site associés au combustible.

The Richland factory part of the Nuclear Fuel Business Unit has started an ambitious program in order to become the center of excellence for Advanced Fuel Manufacturing and new types of Fuel:
The Fuel business unit in is looking to fill an additional Junior Industrial Buyer VIE position to reinforce the current US purchasing team (5 buyers and 1 VIE).
The VIE will support the team on day-to-day operations and manage projects autonomously. He/She will be responsible of fulfilling the following tasks:
- In accordance with Framatomes Key Purchasing Principles Support and manage requests for quotation negotiate prepare contracts and place purchase orders.
- Develop project purchasing strategies and reporting.
- Perform an analysis of the demand existing and qualified source of supply already in place with the various internal prescribers.
- Develop and maintain internal tools (Purchasing SharePoint templates).
- Report progress on a weekly basis
This opportunity is in Richland Washington State
Richland is located in the Columbia River basin in southeastern Washington State a few hours east of Seattle. The waterways and dry climate provide endless year-round recreational opportunities and adventures. Were a short drive away from the mountains for skiing camping sightseeing and more.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Masters or engineering degree with focus in purchasing and/or project management
