Job Summary
AI/ML Engineering Junior Engineer
Location:Silicon Valley (Onsite) Type:Full-time Visa Sponsorship:No
What youll do
Work embedded in the AI engineering team on a scoped project: RAG pipeline
optimization agentic workflow tooling model evaluation infrastructure or LLM
integration.
Write production-quality Python; contribute code that goes into the codebase.
Run experiments document results with data and present findings to the team.
Own a pipeline or feature end-to-end contribute to production systems and operate with
higher independence.
What we require
Enrolled in or recently completed a BS or MS in Computer Science ML or related field at an
accredited university. Strong GPA required.
Prior built AI systems coursework alone is not sufficient. GitHub portfolio research
hackathon or prior internship with shipped AI work required.
Working knowledge of Python and at least one LLM framework (Lang Chain
Llama Index or equivalent).
1-2 years of post-degree or equivalent industry experience; demonstrated ability to ship
production AI systems.
Authorized to work in the US without current or future employer sponsorship. No
OPT/CPT arrangements sponsored.
