Job Overview:

As a Logistics Analyst at Thesalonhype you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain. You will be responsible for analyzing and improving our logistics processes identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement and collaborating with various teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze existing logistics processes and identify areas for improvement

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation warehousing and distribution

- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise

- Collaborate with suppliers vendors and carriers to negotiate rates and terms

- Maintain accurate records of inventory shipments and costs

- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance to management

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve logistics operations

- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high levels of service and quality

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to transportation and logistics

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry trends and best practices

- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to transportation and logistics

- Ability to work independently and in a team setting

- Experience with cost analysis and budget management is a plus
