We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team and help us streamline our supply chain operations.

Job Summary:

As a Logistics Analyst at Thesalonhype you will be responsible for managing the flow of products from our suppliers to our distribution centers and ultimately to our salon clients. You will use your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement in our logistics processes and work closely with our suppliers warehouse teams and transportation partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze supply chain operations to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers warehouse teams and transportation partners

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products

- Monitor inventory levels and work with warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock levels

- Analyze transportation costs and negotiate contracts with carriers to ensure cost-effectiveness

- Develop and maintain logistics metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize supply chain operations

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve logistics processes

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the logistics industry

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field

- 2 years of experience in logistics supply chain management or a related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

- Knowledge of logistics software and systems

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team setting

- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
