Role Overview
This role focuses on driving business performance through deep analysis process improvement and solution design. Youll work closely with stakeholders to define requirements optimize systems and deliver data-driven insights while providing leadership and guidance on complex business challenges.

What Youll Actually Do

• Analyze business requirements and evaluate current processes to identify opportunities for improvement

• Gather and interpret data industry trends and organizational needs to support strategic objectives

• Define scope objectives and detailed specifications for business and system solutions

• Design and recommend improvements to systems processes and workflows

• Prepare reports and insights by analyzing and summarizing data and trends

• Provide guidance on the business impact of system applications and changes

• Develop and refine procedures to address complex challenges related to capacity efficiency and performance

• Support decision-making through business data analysis and reporting

• Write queries and generate reports to support analytical initiatives

• Participate in quality assurance activities as needed

• Handle complex problems independently with a high degree of autonomy

• Provide mentorship coaching and leadership to team members

What Theyre Looking For

• 6 years of experience in business analysis data analysis or a related field

• Experience in industry-specific environments (e.g. insurance or similar domains)

Education

• Bachelors degree equivalent experience or a combination of both

• Completion of industry-relevant coursework or training programs (e.g. insurance fundamentals).

Work Environment

• This is a hybrid position with in-office collaboration days (approximately 3 days per week). The role can be based in the Midwest region.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $109000 - $137000
