Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our remote operations this role you will support business operations by analyzing data optimizing workflows and providing insights that improve operational efficiency and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including finance technology customer operations and leadership to monitor operational metrics and recommend process improvements.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills experience working with operational data and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Data Analysis

* Analyze operational data to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

* Develop reports and dashboards that track operational performance and key metrics.

* Monitor operational KPIs and generate insights to support decision-making.

Process Improvement

* Evaluate current operational workflows and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

* Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and performance initiatives.

* Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions to improve business processes.

Reporting & Insights

* Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for leadership and department managers.

* Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.

* Maintain documentation for operational processes and reporting frameworks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work with finance product customer support and IT teams to ensure operational alignment.

* Assist leadership with operational planning and performance tracking.

* Support project initiatives that aim to enhance operational performance.

Risk & Compliance Monitoring

* Identify potential operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

* Ensure operational procedures align with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Finance Economics Data Analytics or related field**

* 24 years of experience in operations analysis business analysis or operational support roles

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Google Sheets and data analysis tools

* Experience working with ERP systems CRM platforms or business intelligence tools

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Power BI Tableau or other data visualization tools

* Familiarity with SQL Python or data analytics platforms

* Experience working in remote or distributed teams

* Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
