- Manage operational readiness across video authentication customer onboarding purchase flows cloud DVR entitlements channel lineups metadata caching VOD and video streaming platforms.
- Monitor service health alerts and dashboards using monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Datadog to ensure availability and performance.
- Support production deployments launch readiness post deployment validation and post release checks for backend video services.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues related to customer access entitlements recordings middleware and video delivery systems.
- Validate data flows between customer account systems middleware layers and video platforms.
- Provision and support deployment of backend services on cloud platforms with hands on experience in AWS and containerized services.
- Must have good knowledge on Video Back end APIs and microservices.
- Must have experience on Deployment of applications and services in AWS Kubernetes environment.
- Debugging experience of systems involving multiple REST API services and data sources.
