Job Summary
SkyBridge Tactical is a Prime Contractor for MSOFS and a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Tampa FL founded in 2008 to support our customers global security operational and training needs focusing on mission success in most challenging environments. SBT current contracts address U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) and U.S. Department of State (DOS) demand for highly skilled professionals to solve problems in the interest of national security.
Were hiring a Range Facilities Analyst to support Naval Special Warfare range operations in Coronado CA. This position helps track facilities projects work requests planning documents and supports the day-to-day management of range facility needs.
Description
- Track and support range facility requirements and facility maintenance activities
- Build and manage facilities project documentation (work requests estimates project packages)
- Support facilities planning documents and lifecycle plans (LCMP-style planning)
- Track project status schedules and coordination with stakeholders
- Support administrative agreements and coordination documents (e.g. MOAs/ISSAs)
- Support reporting reconciliation of requests/expenditures and general program support
Required Qualifications
- 5 years Program Management experience (within last 10 years)
- 8 years facilities maintenance/management experience (within last 10 years)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
- Strong written communication and ability to work independently
- Valid drivers license and ability to operate government vehicles
- Active DoD Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting SOF/NSW or similar DoD operational environments
- Any PM certification
