Job Summary
Job Description: Virtual Data Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large datasets to provide insights to the real estate team
- Work closely with various departments to address data-related issues and provide solutions
- Utilize data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Identify trends and patterns within the data to support decision-making processes
- Assist in creating and maintaining data pipelines for efficient data management
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in SQL Python and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate with team members
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a data analysis role
- Experience working with real estate data or within the real estate industry
- Previous experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $55000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $65000 per year
- Currency: US Dollar (USD)
- Frequency of Payment: Annual
