About the Role
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to support both healthcare professional (HCP) and consumer marketing initiatives. This role will drive brand advocacy and ensure strong collaboration across medical sales and marketing functions. It offers exposure to both professionalchannel engagement and consumer marketing within a fastgrowing dermatology business.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Support integrated sales and marketing plans.
- Campaigns: Coordinate and monitor trade digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Marketing Materials: Develop and manage detailing aids leaflets videos POSMs and event tools.
- Digital & Social Media: Support on preparation of content/materials and daytoday social media
- Agency & Vendor Management: Manage external partners to ensure timely compliant delivery.
- Competitor Monitoring: Track market activities and share insights with the sales team.
- Reporting & Budgeting: Analyze campaign performance and manage budgets.
- Operational Support: Assist with projects sales orders and customer service backup.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Consumer Healthcare Pharmaceutical or FMCG industries with proven success.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong marketing and business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Independent organized and selfmotivated with attention to detail.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of social media management and digital strategies.
- Familiarity with industry regulations compliance and registration processes.
- Experience in agency/vendor management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Excel Word Outlook Copilot).
