DescriptionIn This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Conduct yearly Business Unit Feedback Surveys and share reports with trends and insights for senior management.
- Coordinate and support annual strategic planning processes to develop organizational strategic plans.
- Follow up and drive identified key strategic initiatives by working closely with the center head and group/functional leaders.
- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies globally and within the center.
- Implement and enhance organization productivity and value metrics.
- Collaborate with group heads to understand market opportunities improve customer penetration and acquire new customers.
- Develop and coordinate presentations for management reviews and board meetings.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Engineering degree; MBA in General Administration preferred
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or engineering organization.
- Strong administrative organizational interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and MS SharePoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
