Job Summary

SOLO is a learning-to-employment infrastructure platform that connects skills real-world experience credentials and hiring. Deployed across India Qatar Canada USA and Europe SOLO supports the shift toward skills-first hiring and Learning & Employment Records (LERs). The platform enables institutions and employers to move beyond traditional degrees toward verifiable skill-based talent pathways.

Tasks

Drive Market Entry & Partnerships

  • Identify and open strategic entry points across:
  • schools and universities
  • skilling organizations
  • workforce and employer ecosystems
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Structure partnerships that lead to real deployments

Lead Pilot Programs

  • Design and close pilot-led engagements (16 months)
  • Convert conversations into live implementations
  • Ensure pilots result in actual usage and outcomes

Ensure Adoption (Not Just Deals)

  • Work closely with partners to ensure SOLO is actively used
  • Support onboarding and remove friction in real-world usage
  • Focus on outcomes: student portfolios credentials issued skills captured

Translate Value Across Stakeholders

You must simplify SOLO for different audiences:

  • Institutions student outcomes and skill portfolios
  • Employers verified skills and talent readiness
  • Partners infrastructure and integration value

Build Scalable Channels

  • Identify and develop channels that can scale adoption:
  • ERP platforms
  • learning platforms
  • institutional networks
  • Turn early wins into repeatable growth models

Feed Market Insights Back

  • Capture what works and what doesnt
  • Provide continuous feedback to product and leadership
  • Help shape positioning and roadmap based on real usage

What Success Looks Like

  • Multiple institutions or partners actively using SOLO
  • Learners with real skill records and credentials
  • Clear repeatable pilot-to-adoption model
  • Strong case studies demonstrating impact
  • At least one scalable distribution channel identified

Requirements

Who This Role Is For

You likely have:

  • 310 years of experience in EdTech skilling workforce or SaaS
  • experience working with institutions enterprises or ecosystem partners
  • a track record of building partnerships or launching programs
