Learn more about us: Summary:
We are looking for committed energetic and purpose-driven young people to join us as SwiftBharat Fellows. As a Fellow you will become an important part of a larger journey to strengthen learning in government schools across Jharkhand. Working closely with schools communities and the education system you will support the implementation of the SwiftSchool Program and other key interventions helping bring meaningful change to classrooms and childrens learning experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Walk alongside schools in bringing the program to life
Visit 12 government schools each day and support the on-ground implementation of SwiftPAL SwiftClass SwiftChat and learning bots so that these interventions do not remain just tools but become a meaningful part of everyday learning.
2. Listen to the classroom and understand childrens needs
Spend time inside classrooms to closely observe how children are learning participating and progressing. Use these observations along with dashboard insights to understand learning levels engagement patterns and grouping needs and identify where support is most needed.
3. Strengthen learning through hands-on academic support
Provide need-based remedial support and mentoring to students while also helping teachers use technology in simple practical and effective ways to respond to different learning needs in the classroom.
4. Build trust with the people who shape a childs learning journey
Work closely with teachers school leaders BRCs CRCs local education officials and community members to build strong relationships create shared ownership and ensure that the program is implemented with care and consistency.
5. Carry the voice of the field into the system
Document progress collect and analyse data solve on-ground challenges and coordinate with internal teams to keep implementation smooth. Just as importantly bring bottom-up feedback from schools and communities so that the program keeps learning improving and staying rooted in real needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- 12 years of experience in education teaching or field program implementation.
- Basic digital literacy and access to a personal device such as smart phone / tablet or a laptop
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (Read Write and Speak)
- Candidates with access to personal transport are preferred
