DonHattan Ford is booked for repairs and looking to grow! We are looking for an experienced friendly motivated person to fill our Express Service Advisor Position.Primary duties include scheduling appointments checking in vehicles and recommending maintenance and repairs.This is an entry-level Service Advisor position and is best suited to someone who has previous customer service experience.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend maintenance base on age mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
