DescriptionPosition: Senior Supervisor with French Strategic Buying Services
- Region: EMEA;
- Working Hours: 9:00 -18:00 (Romania Time);
- Work Model: Fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day responsibilities for a team (20 members) and provide operational support within Procurement Services;
- Ensure service levels meet client requirements and contracted SLAs;
- Manage HR-related topics;
- Build and maintain client relationships attend and lead regular client meetings;
- Handle client communication and manage escalations;
- Mentor and train team members;
- Conduct performance appraisals and prepare improvement plans;
- Act as a key contributor to standardization automation and continuous process improvement initiatives;
- Lead and/or participate in operational improvement projects;
- Implement best practices across the team;
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities; set goals delegate tasks and monitor progress;
- Develop team members and promote learning initiatives;
- Report directly to Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken);
- Minimum 2 years of experience in People Management;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Procurement Domain;
- Experience in a BPO company is a plus;
- Experience managing larger Teams (15 members).
