About the role

The Technology Program manager will lead complex multi-stream digital transformation and core technology uplift programs that deliver agreed business outcomes and benefits aligned to PMO standards and a single view of change for the organisation.

This is a permanent position based at St Leonards in Sydney with flexible working conditions.

About You

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Engineering or related discipline.

  • 812 years leading complex technology programs (multi-vendor multi-site).

  • Strong governance and financial control; proven benefits realisation capability.

  • Enterprise stakeholder engagement across executive clinical/operations and technical teams.

  • Experience in enterprise change and readiness planning.

  • PMP/PMI MSP/Prince2 Practitioner or similar certification.

  • Experience in the Agedcare or Healthcare sector (Desirable).

  • Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g. Salesforce M365 Azure Workday) and their program governance patterns (Desirable).

  • Experience in delivering enterprise-wide cybersecurity uplift programs (Desirable).

  • Postgraduate qualification (e.g. MBA).
