Introduction
Exciting full day permanent opportunity exists for an OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE PRACTITIONER x2 based at Life Health Solutions Clinic in the vicinity of Mooinooi North-West. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours a week. Responsible for the rendering of a quality Occupational Health service which is effective and efficient and meet and exceed customers expectations and requirements. This position will be reporting to the Unit Manager.

Introduction

The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours a week. Responsible for the rendering of a quality Occupational Health service which is effective and efficient and meet and exceed customers expectations and requirements. This position will be reporting to the Unit Manager.
Critical Outputs
- Occupational Health medical examinations as per legal & client requirements.
- Occupational Health Service to establish the physical psychological and social wellbeing of the worker in a safe working environment.
- Trending & comparisons of employees health status on a year-to-year basis.
- Providing information the Client/s can utilize to eliminate control and minimize health risks and hazards to which the employees are or may be exposed.
- Overseeing and compiling client reports.
- Overseeing finance functions within the clinic.
- Working effectively within a budget.
- Delivering high quality healthcare services.
- Meeting administration needs timeously.
- Meeting the prescribed professional and quality standards of both Life Health Solutions and the client/s.
- Maintaining client relationships.
- Focus and drive compliance to Life internal standards legislative requirements.
- People leader.
- The candidates must be registered as an Occupational Health Nurse with SANC.
- The candidates should have experience or qualification in:
- Administration
- Employee relations and communication
- Occupational Health (non-negotiable)
- A certificate in dispensing audiometry spirometry and vision screening and BLS.
- Candidates who are results orientated have initiative and the ability to deliver quality outputs and reduce costs will be most suitable for this position.
- Customer orientation focus and teamwork complete the profile.
- Computer literacy (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook/cloud bases systems)
