We are seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers with petrochemical industry experience to join our engineering team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the design maintenance and optimization of mechanical systems and equipment used in petrochemical plants and processing facilities. The role requires strong technical knowledge attention to safety standards and the ability to support projects from design through to commissioning.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Design and review the mechanical systems and equipment used in petrochemical and process plants.
Support the installation commissioning and maintenance of rotating and static equipment.
Perform equipment sizing stress analysis and material selection for industrial applications.
Develop and review technical specifications engineering drawings and reports.
Conduct equipment inspections troubleshooting and performance analysis.
Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and plant operating procedures.
Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams including process electrical and instrumentation engineers.
Support plant upgrades shutdown planning and reliability improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

BEng / BSc / BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
38 years experience in the petrochemical oil & gas or process industry.
Knowledge of rotating equipment pumps compressors piping systems and pressure vessels.
Familiarity with industry codes and standards (e.g. ASME and API).
Experience with maintenance strategies reliability engineering or plant operations.
Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
