As aProduct Management Specialist you will play a critical role insupporting structuring andoptimizingour productportfoliosstructure. You willbe responsible fordeveloping product configurations cost frameworks and manufacturing readiness plans that ensure consistent highquality delivery across the business. Working closely with engineering manufacturing commercial and supply chain teams you will drive the successful implementation of new products (NPI) and continuous improvement across ourproduct lines.
As aProduct Management Specialistyou willbe responsible for:
Owning product structuringacross the premium casing portfolio ensuring clear and scalable configurations that support manufacturing costing and commercial needs.
Developing andmaintainingcost handbooksthat provide transparent datadriven cost models for quoting product decisions and longterm margin management.
Leading NPI implementationwith manufacturing teams ensuringnew designsare productionready costoptimized and aligned with operational capabilities.
Partnering with engineering supply chain and commercial teams to define product requirements manage changes and support product rationalization.
Conducting technical and commercial reviews to recommend improvements in design manufacturability cost and operational performance.
Supporting customerfacing teams with productexpertise structured documentation and technical insights.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen product quality reduce cost and improve operational efficiency.
Ensuring alignment with product governance standards documentation requirements and lifecycle management processes.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have experience in productand projectmanagement engineering or manufacturing within oilfield equipment tubulars or related products.
Have5 years of experience in product development operations or engineering roles.
Have strong analytical capabilities with a focus on costmodeling product structuring and process optimization.
Havea solid understanding of manufacturing processes and designformanufacturing principles.
Be comfortable collaborating across global crossfunctional teams and engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
Havestrong communicationskills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
Have experience supporting or leading NPI programs.
