The postholder will be a Teacher of Mathematics with responsibility for coordinating whole cohort GCSE Statistics and GCSE Further Mathematics for gifted and talented students. The role focuses on the promotion recruitment and effective delivery of these qualifications ensuring that suitable students are identified supported and enabled to achieve strong outcomes.
You will play a vital role in fostering a positive learning environment that encourages student progress and achievement. You will demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge effective teaching skills and a commitment to continuous professional development. The role involves not only delivering high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students but also actively contributing to the schools ethos and educational goals.
This position offers a dynamic opportunity to influence students academic journeys and make a meaningful contribution to Ratton Schools vibrant community. The role may evolve to adapt to school needs providing ongoing opportunities for professional growth and leadership within the schools collaborative framework.
