• Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday

Were looking for an experienced commercially minded and peoplefocused Head of Integrated Facilities Management to lead and develop a diverse highprofile portfolio of services including Hard and Soft FM Grounds Maintenance Building Cleaning and Street Cleansing.

This is a senior leadership role with real influence. Youll set the strategic direction for essential frontline services driving innovation continuous improvement and customer focused delivery while ensuring strong value for money and longterm sustainability.

Day to day youll have overall responsibility for ensuring services are delivered safely efficiently and in full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Youll strengthen operational resilience improve resource and workforce planning and use performance insight to continually raise standards.

Youll also:

• Lead motivate and develop a large operational workforce.
• Manage significant budgets and complex contracts ensuring best value.
• Identify opportunities for service growth income generation and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams partners and stakeholders.
• Champion modern data led and sustainable ways of working.

What you will need

Youll be a proven operational leader with experience of running large complex services in a safety critical environment.

Youll bring:

• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and contracts
• Excellent communication analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience driving service improvement and managing operational risk
• The ability to turn strategic ambition into practical deliverable plans

Most importantly youll be someone who understands that great services are built by engaged people clear direction and a relentless focus on improvement.
