About the role
As Platform Delivery Manager you will lead delivery activity across the Digital Customer Tribe taking ownership of work management pipeline planning and cross-squad coordination. Partnering closely with the Tribe Technology Manager youll oversee the platform-level backlog and collaborate with Product Managers Platform Delivery Managers and Tribe Technology Managers to prioritise and refine objectives that drive performance and align interdependencies across squads.
What youll do
- Coordinate delivery across all squads in a platform including the balancing of time constraints scope management risk management and quality
- Ensure operational needs are understood and prioritised appropriately
- Establish metric/performance reporting and track performance
- Proactively engage operations teams to resolve incidents problems or poor performance
- Coordinate individual squad plans into building a single platform plan
What youll bring
- 5 years in technology in a comparable leadership role
- 5 years project management experience across a diverse range of technical domains
- Excellent stakeholder engagement ranging from C-suite through to the project team
- Proven experience in working as a management team
- Previous experience in leading teams in a distributed model
- Good knowledge of partner and service level management processes
